• Experience in participative software development involving extensive customer/ stakeholder interaction in all stages of software development life cycle.
• Should have developed software products using the technologies outlined above and deployed them.

• At least one year software development experience in a large e-governance project with an outlay of more than Rs 1 crore
• Exposure to software development using Indian Language interfaces

• Experience in a professional accounting firm with a chartered accountant.
• Experience in developing software for diverse functional areas
• At least one year software development experience in a large e-governance project with an outlay of more than Rs 1 crore
• Exposure to software development using Indian Language interfaces
• Experience in evolutional model of software development process.
• Sound domain knowledge of governmental accounting systems as well as developmental issues

• Should have developed and deployed at least one working software application using the technologies outlined above, the proof of which should be submitted with the application form.

• The experience should include trouble shooting hardware, software, and network problems with minimum 5-10 machines in Windows 2000 Server and SQL environment involving server installation, configuration of OS, standard applications etc. Experience in handling data entry management with Indian language interface in a facility with minimum 10 machines in a project run by a government/ quasi-government organisation. Experience in database management in SQL environment.
